The Mia Moltrasio shoes fit true to size.
The flats fit comfortably, the tip does not tighten on the toes. 
Just in case you have a very thin foot, keep in mind that it is possible that the lace will fit wider than intended. For black and pale rose leather flats onlty we suggest an half size bigger.

Mia Moltrasio delivers its products via TNT, BRT and DHL Express.
Delivery times: 2 working days in Italy. 4 working days in Europe. 14 working days outside Europe.
Orders to be shipped are entrusted to the courier from Monday to Friday during working hours.
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Mia Moltrasio accepts returns worldwide within 30 days from your purchase.

Returns are not free.

Once you have entered your return request, you will be sent

the courier's waybill that Mia Moltrasio uses for its shipments
instructions for booking collection from the aforementioned carrier
You can use this service, then the shipping costs of €7 will be deducted from your refund. Or you can entrust the return shipment to a trusted courier and obtain a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund conditions: returned products can be tried on (with the exception of socks) but must be unworn at the time of trying on and therefore in the same condition in which you received them. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which you received it (you must carefully place it in the same tissue paper/envelope or similar). In turn, the package must be packed in the same box (or similar) in which it was delivered to you by the courier. We reserve the right to evaluate the returned product before confirming the actual refund. Returned products damaged for any reason will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Handcrafted in Italy, the round-toed glitter ballerinas are constructed with a bag-like construction that makes them particularly soft.

The ballerinas have a rose gold glitter upper, a pink suede lace and trim.

No External Stitching: The upper is made from a single piece of glitter fabric – no stitching on the upper.

Low heel: the heel is deliberately low, just 5 millimetres, to match the concealed sole.

Matching sachet : in the box - together with the ballerina - an exclusive packaging, a jacquard fabric sachet. Each sachet is matched to the color of the ballerina.
