Red Double Button Flat Shoes
Handmade in
Italy, the flat shoes are in red patent leather. It is a classic flat shoes and
the double strap that covers the neckline of the toes is intended to be a
reference to the lines of the iconic pointy model.
No
external stitching:
the upper of the flats is made by a single piece of patent leather. No stitches
on the patent leather.
Sole: made with genuine Italian leather,
it's made to disappear. At the top of the sole a rubber injection to protect
the fabric from the normal use.
Heel: 5 mm / 0.2 inches
Low cut: flat shoes are low cut, and if
worn without the short socks the toeline can be glimpsed.
Packaging: the flat shoes and short socks
come in an exclusive shoe bag made of jacquard fabric. Every shoe bag matches
the color of the fabric with a unique pattern, and is unique.
Free delivery, return and exchange throughout Italy.
For shipments in the EU, only payments of the shipment is required.
For EXTRA-EU and Intercontinental shipments, payment of shipping costs and customs duties is required.
If you're ordering outside Italy and UE, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Mia Moltrasio has no control over these charges and we can’t quote how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we are unable to give notice or provide assistance on this matter; we can only recommend that you contact your country's customs office for more information on this.
DELIVERY
Mia Moltrasio delivers its products via DHL Express and BRT.
Delivery time: 2 working days in Italy. 4 working days in Europe. 14 working days outside Europe.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1.00 pm are shipped the same day.
RETURN
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your shoes at your home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return. We’ll collect from your home or an alternative address. Customers from EU are responsible for shipping costs and Customers from EXTRA- EU are responsible for for taxes, duties and shipping costs.
Refund conditions: Returned items must not be worn or damaged, in the same condition as you received them (socks included). Make sure the products are returned new, unused and placed in the original packaging as you received them (make sure the items returned in the silk paper or plastic bag they came). Returns that do not meet our standards won't be accepted and will not be refunded.

REPLACEMENT
Mia Moltrasio offers the possibility to exchange the purchased product by informing the customer service during the return request.
Timing: the replacement product will be sent once the returned product has arrived at Mia Moltrasio warehouses.
The Mia Moltrasio shoes fit true to size.
The flats fit comfortably, the tip does not tighten on the toes.
Just in case you have a very thin foot, keep in mind that it is possible that the lace will fit wider than intended.
